RSFC currently offers the BTEC Diploma in Health and Social Care, which has been delivered at the college since September 2017. This is the equivalent to 2 A Levels. There are currently 130 students in our cohort. Health and Social Care is a popular subject for those wishing to pursue a career in Adult and Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Youth Work and Primary Teaching. The subject has a dedicated computer suite, well-resourced teaching rooms and advanced IT systems, which ensures that students can complete work independently outside of lessons. There are currently 4 teachers.
We are looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic, and passionate Teacher of Health and Social Care, who is keen to continuously improve the classroom experience of our students. Highly motivated and resilient you will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our young people. The successful candidate will work within a successful and hardworking team. RSFC has an excellent reputation and was awarded Sixth Form College of the Year 2021, and this is a real opportunity for you to make your mark.
