The Role
As a Teacher of Health & Social Care, you will:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to students studying BTEC Health & Social Care.
- Inspire and challenge students through innovative teaching and learning strategies.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and student progress tracking.
- Support students in achieving outstanding results and preparing for their future careers.
- Be an active part of our "you can do it" culture, ensuring all students have the opportunity to excel.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious teacher who:
- Holds a relevant degree and teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS/QTLS) or is willing to work towards one.
- Has a passion for Health & Social Care and a track record of engaging students.
- Is committed to high standards of teaching and learning.
- Has a positive, student-centred approach, valuing the potential in every young person.
- Embraces teamwork, collaboration, and innovation in their teaching practice.
