Head of Primary Academy Improvement

As Head of Primary Academy Improvement, Gill’s role it to lead improvement through the delivery of an effective academy improvement strategy to academies in the Trust to enable improvements to the quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, pupils’ personal development and leadership and management to secure positive impact on educational outcomes for children and young people.  

Gill has considerable experience working in schools with differing contextual features to provide timely and proportionate support and challenge to enable improvement in outcomes for pupils. She has a successful track record of working with leaders and governors to secure improvement, particularly with schools in challenging circumstances. 

Gill is pleased to be working with academies and maintained schools in the local area to make a better difference to children and young people.
