Charlotte has been seconded to the central Trust team to work alongside Matt Smallridge from Rochdale Sixth Form College. In her role as joint ECT Coordinator, Charlotte oversees the progress of all ECTs across the Trust, as well as planning and delivering the bespoke Altus ECF training programme.
