Early Careers Framework Coordinator

Matt has twenty years’ experience working in both the secondary and sixth form sectors. He has worked as a lead practitioner, middle leader and, currently, as a senior leader at Rochdale Sixth Form College. In his role as joint ECT Coordinator, Matt oversees the progress of all ECTs across the Trust, as well as planning and delivering the bespoke Altus ECF training programme. Matt is interested in how educational research ideas and the practical experience of frontline teachers can improve student outcomes.
