Sophie Bailey

HR Officer

Sophie is a dedicated HR Officer based at Edgar Wood Academy, currently studying towards her Level 5 CIPD qualification. A former Rochdale Sixth Form College student, Sophie has experience as a project manager and HR Assistant in both education and the private sector.

Sophie acquires experience in several aspects of Human Resources including: employee relations, recruitment, payroll and HR operational administration. Sophie's role is to provide a high quality and efficient HR service for the Trust and its academies.
