Ishtiyaq is one of our IT Network Engineers and has over four years of experience, possessing strong technical skills and a proven track record of success. Having worked in both private and public sectors, he demonstrates adaptability to various settings and excels under pressure. 

With extensive knowledge of hardware, software, and networks, Ishtiyaq confidently tackles challenging problems and prioritises assisting both staff and students with their IT issues promptly and patiently, striving to create a positive and productive environment by actively listening to users and addressing their concerns. 

Ishtiyaq has attained Cisco CCNA certification and has hands-on experience working with Cisco and Aruba networks, including switches, further enhancing expertise in networking technologies.
