With a strong focus on policy development, safeguarding, and absence management, Olufemi ensures compliance, supports staff development, and champions initiatives that enhance employee engagement and wellbeing. His work underpins the Trust’s commitment to excellence, ensuring HR practices align with both legal standards and the Trust’s values.
