Samantha Doyle

HR/Recruitment Administrator

Samantha has worked in administrative roles since 1989, building extensive experience across finance, customer service, and education. She began her career in the education sector in 2005.

Over the next 12 years, Samantha worked at Oldham College and Hopwood Hall College, specialising in further education, work-based learning, apprenticeships, and student data administration. She then spent 10 years working within a local secondary school, further developing experience in school office administration and supporting the school governing board.

In her role as HR and Recruitment Administrator at Altus, Samantha provides HR and recruitment support across the Trust, working closely with candidates, colleagues, and school leaders. She enjoys building positive relationships and helping to create a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment and employment journey.

Drawing on her extensive background in education administration, Samantha is committed to delivering a professional, efficient, and people-focused service that supports staff and contributes to the success of the Trust's schools.
