Shelley Barlow-Ward

As Head of School Improvement, Shelley’s role is to lead the improvement of leadership, teaching and learning, quality assurance across the Trust. Shelley has previously held various senior leadership and school improvement posts and worked in a range of educational contexts. As an experienced deputy with over 12 years’ experience, she has previously led on quality assurance, teaching and learning, curriculum development and behaviour and inclusion. Shelley is a specialist leader of education for behaviour and discipline as well as an Associate CIPD.

Improving the standards and life chances of children and young people is of absolute importance to her and she is delighted to be working with local schools and headteachers who have deep understanding, care and ambition for their school communities.
